Hotel murah di Grandview

"Fuyez!!! Personnel inexistant .. nous n avons pas vu 1 seul employé... pour le check in les clés sont posées sur le comptoir avec un plan Propriété pas entretenue : chemins bourrés de trous, saleté, toiles d araignées, ronces Chambres sales : taches sur le lit. Tapis de douche sale Cafards partout! Nous avons du partir en pleine nuit apres en avoir trouvé dans nos oreillers !!! L endroit etait désert et abandonné digne d un film d horreur. N y allez pas"

"Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Room and lobby was very clean. There was a gym that looked great and lots of equipment. We didn’t eat breakfast but I’m sure it would have been good. We didn’t see it until we were leaving today, but there is a cafe right next door. The only thing that could have been cleaner was the carpet in the elevator. Everything else was perfect! I absolutely recommend!"

"The room was the most unpleasant hotel I have ever stayed. The room had a harsh odor of stale smoke and mildew. The only pleasant part was the customer service, they at least provided me with Febreeze air freshener spray. It didn’t work but they tried. The bath tub was not clean but the carpet was vacuumed. "

"They were out of regular roast coffee in my room. The ice machine on my floor was off or broken. The room had a bad smell. The TV channel selections were terrible and very few. There was no program information. The staff were very nice and helpful. "

"Breakfast seemed adequate. Room as quiet. Did not receive housekeeping services during the entire 1 week stay, even though I placed my dirty towels outside the door as I had seen others do. Turned the h eater on 1 morning to take the chill off, and it smelled really bad and set off the smoke detector. I was going to inform staff before leaving, but never saw anyone. A solid 2 1/2."

"Old worn out hotel. Their name lured me in. Nasty sofa, nasty office chair and much more not to like. There people are very nice but I won’t be coming back. "

"This place is so dirty, this is a motel cheap one not hotel, looks good in paper, I book for two nights I spend 35 minutes and leave, I prefer to loose my money before spend the night here, the smell was terrible even the tolls, toilet seat broken"

"The rigs were dirty and over sue for a good cleaning in the entire building including rooms. My room had mold around the tub with the working bathroom vent. And smelled misty in the room. We were in and out as fast as we could. Sadly the care of the facility went down. it was great 2 years ago. "

"The front staff when we checked in were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint was that the window blinds automatic button were broken so we couldn’t fully close the window so the morning sun shined bright and our sheets felt damp-ish or they were very cold and the room was a little muggy. But other than that, everything was clean and tidy. "
