"This was our first time staying at shutters on the banks. We stayed for a whole week as a family of four. Overall it was a very positive experience! The hotel pools and hot tub were very well maintained and clean. We were just steps away from the beach which was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was above average and what you would expect but included for free and had many different options which was nice. The only complaints we had was the washer dryer was out of order for our whole stay and there was only one for the entire property. Also the rooms are on the smaller side and you could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around pretty clearly. Other than that everything was very nice! The bathrooms are an adequate size and wow the water pressure! It was almost too much! They do offer 24/7 coffee in the breakfast area which is very nice but our last day when we went to leave the door was locked so I was not able to get anything that morning granted it was like four in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Such a wonderful stay. We stayed in a king room with a double twin room. The accommodations were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities make it feel like a vacation resort. Something for everyone in our family. This was our second visit."
