"The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder.

"The room is very “compact” but reasonably sized for one person, would be small but adequate for a couple. I had smaller for two elsewhere in the past. Was very clean, nice shower. Bed would be tight but ok for two people. Didn’t use the kitchen. No tv or AC but the weather wasn’t too warm and cooled off at noght so the very small opening of the window and small fan made it comfortable at night. Very helpful staff, they were great and very accommodating. Would have taken my luggage in storage...

"We rented a house attached to the resort and it was fabulous. It slept 9 and the rooms all had bathrooms attached. Kitchen, laundry, living room and a small backyard for the toddler. We had full access to the hotel's facilities and used the pool a lot. It was great. No complaints . The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I would book this again and not hesitate "
