"Over all it is ok. Room is clean. The staff knows what they are doing. It was too bad that the shuttle bus only allowed very few amount of people to take. I plan to take the shuttle bus at 6:45 AM, but the staff told me I only can take 5:30 shuttle bus, because all shuttle busses in between 5:45-6:45 we’re full! I feel it defeated our purpose to stay close by the airport. We got forced to get up at 4:45 in order to catch up the 5:30 bus for 8:25 flight! The hotel should have some idea when gets the most traffic and should be able to arrange and to solve the shuttle issue! Also we saw buckets in the hallway and the switch in the bathroom won’t stay, we got forced to take an extremely hot hot hot shower! We were so tired and tried to go to bed around 10 PM, but people walking and talking loudly, very frustrated!"

"Great hotel. I deducted a star because Expedia's description stated the pet fee was "$35 per accommodation per night". In reality, it is $35 per pet per night. Two pets, so double what I was expecting. I think they should have honored the information on Expedia's website, as that influenced my decision to stay here. But, unfortunately, they did not. "

"The app says breakfast included it is 12$ I also had marks claw marks all over my headboards and there was black mold growing by the AC vent and I had a baby in my room . I won’t be staying here again "

"The room was amazing and very clean. However, when they advertise that they have a business room to do some work, it should be one computer in the hallway near the front desk. It should be a room with 3 or 4 computers. That I give a 0 out of 5 stars but rthe breakfast was semi decent which gets 2 of 5 stars."
