Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Grangerland

"This is our last stay there. We stay here 2-3 times a month for the past 3 years. Unfortunately the hotel is going downhill, sheets was nevered changed, pee and hair on the toilet, food on the walls and end tables, the pull out couch was out and you could see where someone was sleeping on it. The maintenance guy stayed in a room on the 1st floor with music blasting. The elevator starting moving without the doors closing and sounded like it was going to fall. The staff did not care, even said...

"Pleasant stay."

"Hot water was not working"

"I did not like the fact that we paid cash at your store but the charges shows on my bank account"
