"The hotel had air conditioning, which was the only thing I needed from it during a heatwave trip. It was clean, convenient and comfortable, but most importantly it was cool. My beagles and I were very happy here. I must mention that the staff are outstanding. My first night here, I went to the bar to get a bottle of Coke to take to the room with me and the gentleman (I didn’t get his name) brought it up to the third floor as I had my hands full. "Clean and helpful staff, free parking
Did not like everything else
The location was so bad next to main road and above shops was very noisy
Uncomfortable beds and pillows
No AC was so hot we had to sleep with windows opened
Very old building feels like aghost place
No reception weekend
No tea or coffee making facility
Photos do not match reality
Eas very disappointed withe the place never recommend to anyone especially families
No shower gel or shampoo only a bottle of liquid soap...

"This was such a unique hotel and so cute and clean! Small rooms but everything top quality. soft sheets, delicious coffee, and the awesome rooftop had phenomenal views. It was easy walk to anywhere you wanted to go! If I ever come back to Bern, I would definitely stay here again!!"
