Prescott Resort and Conference Center

"The restaurant food was good, both breakfast and dinner, however dinner staff was understaffed, resulting in waiting for service and undue stress for the only server. We had reservations for 6:00pm. Only one waiter? Really, on Friday night! In the rooms, no ADA availability not even grab bars in the bathrooms, so that was a concern due to disability. Nice indoor pool, however again, no safety rails at steps to hydro spa, cold water temp. On the brighter side, the facility is very nice, the staff all excelled in carrying out their respective obligations. Have stayed there many time in the past and despite some of the inconveniences, we will stay again in the future. The coffee shop and especially the nail salon staff were excellent as well."

"This is a special place with beautiful grounds, nice pools, good food and drinks and a very helpful friendly staff. There are lots of different activities you can participate in or just relax. It was completely underutilized during our stay, I assume because of the hot weather. I’d recommend staying here and will be staying here again."

"Nice, modern hotel right next to Whiskey Row. Clean, modern rooms with helpful staff. Nice restaurant downstairs. Breakfast on the outside patio was very enjoyable. Recommend a corner room with a balcony. Will return."

"Nice hotel! Very friendly front desk staff and managers. My family really enjoyed the stay here. It is a GREAT location if you want to be very close to the beautiful historic downtown, about 1-2 blocks away. Nature + Prescott College are also very close. You can't beat the location. Rooms sizes are good, beds are comfortable and clean. A couple of minor details: there were some small stains along the bathroom sink area. I saw toothpaste / saliva stains along the wall. A wipe down would be good. Also, we had a nice view of the mountains. But the window was smudged quite a bit on the inside. Looks like someone ran out of time, quickly wiped it for 5 seconds. The breakfast was good, but there was no meat on a Friday. They did have it on Saturday. Not sure if it is random or only provided on weekends. Finally, parking should be included. Who doesn't drive to the hotel? It would be a nice touch to include it. But I realize "they (hotels) all do it". Nonetheless, we would use this hotel again. And I gave perfect marks for everything. I'm just nitpicking 🙂"
