The hotel is great and our stay was pleasant. Our room was clean but the shower tub wasn't. It has to be deep cleaned along with the shower walls. We were on 9th floor and wanted ice in the middle of the night and had to either go to 7th or 12th floor for that since there is no ice in every floor. ...

The place was clean. Everything was as described. The con was that there was no one answering the phone or texts when we wanted to request an early check-in or to leave our luggage before the check-in time.
