"lovely hotel to stay in with a dog. Although dogs not alliwed in dining room the staff set up a special window table for us in an adjacent room. also an enclosed field for safe off-lead dog walks very close by."

"Clean, comfortable and warm, easy access to Cairngorm mountain / ski centre, Loch Morlich, Reindeer Centre and Loch Uaine (Green Loch). Food menu in bar a little limited (Burgers etc.) but has other eateries. Only negative is the walls are thin so can hear people in next rooms but the staff were very quick to act"

"Stayed 2 nights. Was better than expected in terms of the condition of the room/hotel. The room was also very clean. Swimming pool was fun for the little one. In this resort there are a number of Macdonalds hotels and we were happy with our choice as there was a direct link from the hotel to the leisure enter without leaving the building. The soft play is good too but the sitting area for parents could really benefit from a cafe, otherwise with couple of vending machines it looks rather sorry....

"Room was ok but stains on carpet and lamp. Poor lighting. Bathroom needs an upgrade. No private changing cubicles for the swimming pool, which was a concern when my 8 year old had to go into the mens changing room on his own. Food was excellent. "

"The room was good. Comfy bed. Clean. Breakfast average. Good parking. Check in was absolutely absurd. Arrived at 3:00 and did not get into room until 4.30!! It appears if you do not book direct you are shunted to the back of the queue and that includes Expedia They give you deals and then treat you like third class citizens. No explanations - no apologies. Absolute disgrace!"

"The hotel was in a good location, a bit run down and dated. Hairdryer in the room didn’t work, the window sil was loose and the sofa bed was horrific! My 2 kids had terrible sleeps both nights. I wouldn’t say it was worth the £355 we paid for 2 nights. We’d expect much better quality for that price. "
