"We booked 3 nights and was placed in tbe worst location. (Right next across from the elevator on the floor with the continental breakfast). I could understand if the hotel was fully booked, but we checked in shortly after 3pm and the parking lot/hotel was not busy. Our room had weird stains all over the chair and ottoman, dust caked the floor boards, mold on the tub caulk, and grime on the doors/light switches. Breakfast consisted of watery eggs that was cold and all the trash cans overflowing...

"We stayed one night on our way back from Tulsa OK to Indianapolis. We were traveling with a small dog and needed space to walk her. We drove to area restaurants and stores and found them easily accessible without using the Interstate. The hotel was quiet and well kept, and the staff took care of our rather minor needs."

"This by far was the best Drury I have ever stayed at. First one I've ever been to that had and indoor pool that allowed you to swim to the outdoor pool and patio. The have a brand-new Bar/Kitchen area that was nice. I didn't utilize it on this stay, but the food selections seemed decent, and the bar had premium drinks available. We traveled from out of town and got there an hour prior to check-in. The room was already ready, and we were checked in ahead of schedule. The rates were slightly lower...

"The room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was nothing to brag about. I didn't like the fact that we were not notified of the $10 per night parking until we checked in. I would have assumed that the price of the room would cover that. There were two parking spaces marked "for check-in only", but they were blocked with cones, so we had to park in the parking garage to check in"

"The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The pool looked inviting and was a wonderful experience. The gray door on the side of the building on the first floor did not work. The front desk staff person said she had made numerous attempts to get it fixed."

"Always a great breakfast. Be aware it’s sit down dining only. You can’t take a thing with you if you’re catching an Uber or off to work and want to grab a banana. Plan time into your schedule to sit down. Hotel is not well represented in the photos. It’s not as fancy as the photos demonstrate. But it feels safe, clean rooms and cheap parking for Clayton. It’s a great place to stay if you have a work trip or you aren’t there during the day. Excellent location."

"It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."

"Bathroom sliding door very much in need of repair. Couldn’t close it all the way or it stuck. You had to pry it open with your fingertips. "

"The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible."
