"This property has an every other day cleaning schedule. Asked to have my room cleaned and was told it would be taken care of. I returned from Hersheypark to dirty room and wet towels. I had to empty trash and get towels and make beds. Nit what I exoected when i book the Hilton brand."

"Cameron was excellent at the front desk when we first checked in and helpful throughout our stay. The people in the lounge were great. The restaurant service was good. It was breakfast that I had and they kept checking on me to make sure if I needed anything else all the hotel staff was friendly and ready to service to our needs."

"The staff were friendly The room was clean.
We had no hot water in our shower. The bed frame was propped up with 3 books. Breakfast was over well before the posted time. The hotel is located directly beside the highway with lots of trucker parking next to it. The check in desk is surrounded by plexiglass. When we arrived, there were 2 police cruisers at the entrance."
