"I prepaid and reserved a room, but i arrived late and my room was released. I was able to get a room the first night, which they charged me for. So, all told, I paid nearly $900 for one night in a ground floor room with loud people yelling at the bar and doors slamming all night."

"What a disaster. I booked two rooms for 4 women. Somehow my husbands name was on one room and mine on another. They would not allow me to access that room because my husband was not present. It took 3 hours and multiple calls to Expedia before the hotel accepted that the two rooms were paid for and I should not have to pay for a third room. "This used to be the only place tp stay ffor me while in the DFW area. You need to add 20 dollars per night per car for parking. Thats almost a 20 percent increase in "Per Night Cost". This cost was not mentioned to us until after we checked in. It's noy the money, it's the deception. Half the elevators were closed for mantainance. Hot Tub was eliminated but still advertized as a service provided (Big deal for me as I am Disabled due to bad auto wreck and deal with constant pain issues). ...
