"Flight got canceled and had to book hotel. About a 20 min ride to the airport (do not take a cab, cost me almost $80 and ride share was about $35). Unfortunately the shuttle did not run during the times of my stay (called at 11 and the bus driver left at 10:50p and no early morning shuttle). Overall the room and stay was nice. Unable to explore any other the amenities due to brevity of stay."

"I want to let the manager aware of an employee that went above and beyond to assist me. I had just had surgery and I needed a wheele chair, the hotel didn’t have one. This wonderful kind lady named Norma I believe offered us her office chair and also assisted my daughter and I all the way into my room.Please let her know that I am truly appreciative for all her help.
