"Walked in the room to find it hot, AC not working, and two portable units and a box fan left to keep it cool but not enough. This was for a living room space and two bedrooms. The front desk rep blamed it on Expedia, but I found out with Expedia that they should have pulled the room from the portal if it was not in good condition. While at the front desk, he was unhelpful and unsupportive. I saw a paper on the desk with a printed chart of 10 rooms without AC and it indicated which had box fans...

"Easy checkin, staff was low key helpful which is my preference. Room was old but big and neat and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. The lady who did the setup, was friendly, attentive and everything seem stocked all the time. Location was very good."
