"I prepaid and reserved a room, but i arrived late and my room was released. I was able to get a room the first night, which they charged me for. So, all told, I paid nearly $900 for one night in a ground floor room with loud people yelling at the bar and doors slamming all night."

The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shuttle service was timely to get us back to the airport. Recommend 100%!"

"Our room smelled like weed and housekeeping cleaner when we arrived at midnight. It was hard to sleep because of the smell The whole place felt very rundown. The continental breakfast was minimal and the coffee was really bad. I was grateful to have a place to sleep after our flight got canceled. The morning clerk was helpful and the van driver she was really nice."

"I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. "This used to be the only place tp stay ffor me while in the DFW area. You need to add 20 dollars per night per car for parking. Thats almost a 20 percent increase in "Per Night Cost". This cost was not mentioned to us until after we checked in. It's noy the money, it's the deception. Half the elevators were closed for mantainance. Hot Tub was eliminated but still advertized as a service provided (Big deal for me as I am Disabled due to bad auto wreck and deal with constant pain issues). ...
