"The room was very dirty, the sheets were dirty, kids bed no covers. Overall the room was not ready for our visit.i was on a business visit with my daughters . We let the attendant know and was aware the room was dirty. It was late and we had a long drive my daughters were tired of the road trip. I am very disappointed will not come back"

"The only issue was the deadbolt in room 240 did not latch. We did make them aware at check out (it was a 1 night stay & we were prepared in case) that the bolt didn't latch. It is our favorite little hotel as it's in a great location. Not to busy of an area, close to multiple restaurants, right by main event, rooms are always clean, and staff's always been kind each stay!"

"The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days."

However, there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathtub and when we called the front desk to tell them, it took them forever to come, so we called again and you can hear over the radio.... lady in room .... is being super impatient hurry up. Its 8pm and all we wanted to do was shower. She came and got the washcloth but thats it. Didn't bother cleaning the bathtub so we have no idea if it was even cleaned before us or not. We asked her to please clean the bathtub and...
