"The staff was very rude when their check in process went down. They ran out of coffee in the morning during breakfast and we went to the front desk and they told us it’s not their problem and told us to find the staff in the pantry and let them know. We had to ask for a pack and play when we got to our room even though we had requested it before our arrival and they stated they put it in the room notes. The hotel was average at best and not worth the money. It seemed like the staff did not want...
