It was my first time to stay there. I was very impressed and loved my room, breakfast. The fact that 24/7 coffee/tea available. The hotel itself very very clean & staff very friendly. Looking forward to another stay at Tru Hilton hotel.

Hotel property and hotel staff were excellent. Hotel relatively newer so very clean and welcoming. The only reason I am giving staff/service a 2/5 is because I called ahead to see hoe shuttle service from airport worked. I called on landing at DFW and was told where to go to wait for shuttle pickup. We proceeded to pickup location after being told shuttle will be there in 25-30 minutes. After about 45 minutes passed, I called again and was told another 15-20 minutes due to traffic (major construction delayed we found out after the fact). After 90 minutes passed, I called again and was told that the driver said they drove by and nobody was there; that didn’t happen. Shuttle arrived after 2+ hours of waiting. This was the only issue we dealt with with the hotel itself as every other aspect was excellent, including customer service at the property.

The first room they assigned me looked like someone had been in there and possibly changed rooms. I advised the front desk and they assigned me a new room. I did have to move all my stuff to the new room myself, it would have been nice if they had staff that could have helped. The accommodations were very nice, I would stay there again.
