"The bad review is due to no shuttle. My travel plan was to arrive on Sat, return my rental car, then take the shuttle early to the airport on Sun. I was told the shuttle was not running due to driver illness. No backup driver available in the entire DFW metroplex? And the person at the front desk was so unsure of themself that I didn’t trust the offer of Lyft rides paid for by the hotel. The extra day rental cost nearly as much as the lodging fee."

"Quite a good property. Large room although it did have a small shower/toilet room with a sink opposite the bed? A little odd. Breakfast was quite nice. One of the two lifts was not working during our stay. Best feature being a short walk to the factory outlets across the road."

"The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days."

"Had to book something quickly due to flight cancellation. Important consideration was airport shuttle. Upon arrival, called hotel and was told where to locate shuttle stop then call back when there. Did so. At that point (maybe 5-10 minutes later) was told shuttle would be there in 30-40 mins. Unacceptable, why did they not say that in the first place? Took an uber. Check-in friendly (different clerk) but took forever. Room absolutely depressing. Furniture shoddy, carpet worn, curtains/blinds...

"It was what we needed when we missed our flight. Soft bed, nice people, and thankfully toothbrush, paste and deodorant because we didn’t get our checked bags."

"The room was hot and stuffy had a musty smell reservation where terrible,when we arrived was told that reservation were CANCELED and I know i didn't do that. Breakfast was average shower head didn't work properly. Paid to much for this stay !!! On website said temperiorly closed, heard fire and water link. That tells me t why!!!"
