"Room was great! Staff was friendly, pool area was taken over by loud guests to say the least and due to no other swimming areas available at the property that was a negative for us. Breakfast could use a few more options, but overall a great stay!"

"We had one of the newer rooms that was beautifully decorated and spacious. The porch off of our room was also an added bonus! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the front desk ladies were an absolute joy! I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bicycles were all unusable, some were missing petals, handgrips, chains weren't attached, tires were flat, and they were all rusted out. This was a huge disappointment because I was really looking forward to bicycling to the State park....

"This is an old, small motel which about 7 studio rooms that are clean but basic, a refrigerator & microwave, no coffee pot, and air conditioning. Parking is right at your door so that's convenient. There's wifi and a TV. Dunkin Donuts is next door and a little cafe beyond that. This is basic, inexpensive if that's what you're looking for."

"Cool place! Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. Breakfast had both continental and made-to-order options. Outdoor bar was great, as was the evening dinner. Convenient to all of Marathon and Sombrero Beach."

"We had a wonderful stay at Seascape Resort & Marina . The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Parking was convenient, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The property was quiet, relaxing, and made us feel at home. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay here again."

"Check in staff extremely rude. In asking questions about parking, where room located, ice, etc acted like I was bothering them."

"The room and dining were very good. Unfortunately a 20 to 30 people showed up at the pool with a boom box and coolers and were celebrating Fathers Day by eating cake and food in the pool along with the 5 or 6 unsupervised children jumping in and out of the pool. I know never to stay at this resort on a Sunday as the rest of the time we stayed was very good."

"Convenient location. Housekeeping staff communication was a little lacking...nice clean outdoor pool. Kayak & bike rental included."

"It was little things that were a little disappointing. The shampoo and things were bolted to the shower wall, which means you had to get out of the tub, walk over to the shower and get some shampoo, and walk back to the tub. Also, the pools are great if you wanna swim meet, but not so much for a resort. You had to climb down ladders to get into the pool, not take steps. In some of the housekeeping staff are kind of rude."

"Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...
