We had a lovely stay at the Sea Scape, the location was very pretty, right on the water. It has a nice pool and a beach, but it is a natural beach, no imported white sand, etc. They had bikes, kayaks and paddleboards that you could use for free which was very nice. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. No restaurant on site but we found lots of great places nearby.

We had a great 2 night staff over Spring Break. My kids used the 2 paddle boards, also used the bikes to ride the neighborhood. We loved the pool overlooking the ocean. Room 10 was beautiful. Overlooks the pool. Great 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Very spacious with 1.5 bathrooms. It was better than expected. Very family friendly and felt very safe. We would stay here again.

We recently discovered a real hidden gem in Marathon in the Florida Keys, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Chris, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming, instantly setting the tone for a relaxing stay. Our accommodation was perfectly positioned, overlooking the marina and the swimming pool—such a peaceful and picturesque view to wake up to each morning. The entire place was spotless, very well maintained, and felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. What really made this place stand out were the excellent facilities. Having free access to paddle boards, canoes, and bicycles added so much fun and value to our trip—it made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and well-equipped place with a personal touch, this is definitely one to remember. We’ll absolutely be back!

We were initially greeted by a woman at the front office who seemed bothered that we were there to check in. The room was cute and nice. Ocean view great! The bathroom & shower was tiny and difficult. The toilet had dried pee at the bottom by the bolts & did not look like it had been properly cleaned in quite some time. This made the whole room smell like pee. We were given a maximum of 2 towels for 2 guests, so no towel if you wash your hair. The towels were barely big enough to wrap around you & were old & thread bare. The toilet paper was the cheapest I’ve ever experienced in any of the dozens of hotels / resorts I’ve stayed in. We were not given enough coffee for our stay to use each morning. The lights in the house flickered constantly & we had to keep them off most of the time. Mattress & pillows extremely uncomfortable. It just seemed everything was cheap & minimal for the price we paid. We checked other resorts while in the area & could have stayed somewhere much nicer for the price we paid. I’ve never posted a bad review in the 30 years I’ve been traveling, but felt this necessary.
