"We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast restaurant staff was amazing everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome each morning. The hotel itself was nice and in a good location. There were a few things that could be improved. The rooms could have been cleaner, the pool was too cold to enjoy, and the jacuzzi was much too hot. One safety concern was the terrace doors. "We were not given the room that was reserved. The desk clerk was going to bring linens and never did. The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. Cockroaches!!!!!! I went to the desk to let them know and there was no reaction - they clearly know this is a problem! I was able to check out early and get a partial refund through Expedia."

The pool was closed for major repairs and is expected to remain unavailable until at least August, possibly longer.
