Vraiment un des meilleurs moments de mon passage à NY : j'y retournerai sans le moindre doute. "

"Nice room set up! Our room had a little smell but amazing staff, so many channels and food was great downstairs, smoking bench was lovely! shower water pressure was not good though"

"First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...

"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 4 years. It's a clean, well maintained, comfortable facility. Staff are friendly and helpful. Don't know why but the LL area always smells like dirty, wet socks. Not sure why but would love to see that improved."

"We came into town to see a concert and were very happy with the location of the hotel! The venue was walking distance away, and we enjoyed the Dinosaur Bar B Q right across the street. The staff was very helpful, providing me with a map of the area and explaining the walking route to the venue. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We like the fact that we were able to watch Netflix using our own account information. We will definitely be back!"

"Great for an overnight stay before a flight. Website said breakfast .. there was no breakfast or even coffee available."

"Strong smell of smoke everywhere even though rooms were non-smoking. Surfaces and floor were sticky. Cigarette burnt bed sheets. Dirty linens with stain and hair. Saw a few roaches. Fortunately we only needed to stay one night and we had to leave very early the next morning. Saw a lot of homeless people in the vicinity."

"Do not live there, this is the advice given by the gentleman sitting outside the hotel, he kept reminding every guest about this. After my night staying here, I can’t agree more"

"The pictures are deceiving. The non-smoking room I reserved smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. I was moved to another room, but although it appeared somewhat clean, the linens had an unpleasant odor as well. Overall, the property is dirty and poorly maintained — more like a roadside motel than what was advertised. I would not stay here again."

"I got bit by bedbugs while staying there for the night. I had to go to the hospital to get treatment."

"The bed was a bit firm, but comfy, clean linens/towels- which was good. Shower was clean. But rooms need updating and deep cleaning- the lamp was covered in dust, and the windowsill in the bathroom was super dirty. Soap rack is completely rusty. It was okay for a night to stay- bed was clean - which is important, but they definitely need to clean way better!"
