"No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the...

"Room was decent. Bad too hard. Microwave interior was dirty. TV limited. Ice machine broken. No coffee. No hair dryer. No deadbolt on door. Gaps around door allowing light to come through. Office person was extremely pleasant."

"There was clean rooms nice staffs and there was good breakfast and free parking the best hotel I got so far."

"Everything was clean and staff were very helpful and kind"

"I have been staying here for years. Very good place. Staff always friendly. The only issue and I know is not the hotels fault is the, transients around the property. Have to always make sure that doors from vehicles are locked and not valuables left on sight. I had a couple tools stolen out of my vehicle on the last few years and the latest issue was that they dumped some trash on my utility trailer during the night time, but like I mentioned before, I know this is not the hotel’s...

It had all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. The male staff was not very friendly but the female staff was friendly. This is our...

"I like how close it was to the you’re interested in the casino, we also enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice to have a continental breakfast."

"I did not like the cockroaches and the toilet make noise every time I sat on it and the shower flooding on us . There was water everywhere and no one did anything about it. Never will stay there again"

":) great place to get away and relax."

"The woman at the front desk was excellent. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately our room was not properly cleaned we found a plastic bottle cap and a pair of socks on the floor. The carpet looked like it needed to be vacuumed. The enamel was coming off of the bathtub."
