"Room was spacious and very clean. I would not say that the beds were comfortable. The mattress was very noisy with every movement."

"Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. "

"We came here with our almost 5 year old for just a quick one night get away. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the pool which was clean and nicely heated, also enjoyed the arcade. Plymouth is such a cute area! My only complaint is the bed could have been a little softer. This might become our quick get away go to!"

Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. "This hotel is right on the ocean. So if you want an ocean experience this is for you. It is an old motel, that has refurbished the guest rooms but the motel still has a run down feel to it in the hallways. They do have live entertainment on weekends"

"This hotel is a good example that to be good not necessary to be big. There are many details tell me that the management do care about the customers. Will book this hotel whenever I travel back to this region."

"I went there for a weekend getaway with my daughter. It was a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and amazing. The room was clean and gorgeous. We spent two days at the spa and it was incredible. The services were excellent. The staff were phenomenal. And I certainly must say something about the chefs they bent over backwards to make sure my food allergy’s were taken care of. The food was exceptional."

"There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"
