"Booked here because they had handicapped rooms, and lift by pool and jacuzzi. After driving 6 hours we needed to stretch and relax, but both lifts were broken, didn't even have battery. I had called prior to arrival and they said was working.. we were disappointed"

"The Hotel is older however it has gone through a wonderful update. I stayed there April 23,2026-April 26.! The decor in my room was modern with a very clean look. The Hotel interior has a beach look and was updated nicely. The workers, especially the front desk check in were kind, helpful and all around accommodating . Breakfast was good and the view-of the ocean was a plus. Heads up there is no elevator."
