The bathroom was not very pleasant Wooden shims were put where the pipes run to the head of the shower. Low pressure as well. Overall below average besides breakfast"

"Last Saturday, while traveling, we booked a room at Quality Inn through Expedia. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to check in due to unforeseen reasons that occur 15 minutes after we booked our reservation therefore we didn’t check in and still got charged for the stay.

"We stayed there 2 years ago and everything was great, especially the staff. Looks like the was a big turnover in personnel. Some of the staff seem to have a chip on there shoulder along with a negative attitude. Kay was wonderful to talk to and had a heart of gold. "I noticed some places in the hall and especially the area where you go from the hotel to the walkway of the street on the second floor where there’s water damage. My concern is that the damage did not look fresh. It looked like something that’s been an issue for a while where there’s water damage. There is mold.
Other than that, everyone was so wonderfully nice and helpful. One of the guys out front though at the valet needs to leave the energy drinks alone; he was a bit aggressive.
