"It's a decent hotel in the process of doing some renovations. The restaurant does not appear to be open at the moment which was not a hardship for us. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk folks were great during the day. At night, while trying to call for the shuttle one night the desk did not answer at all. The next night, the clerk gave us a bit of a runaround. But the shuttle drivers were awesome and made sure we were not left stranded downtown. Would stay here again."

"This was a very nice hotel with the worst staff experience. From beginning to end I feel like we did all the work to make our trip enjoyable. Because someone called out we had no actual cooked breakfast day 2 although we paid for the full breakfast. Do t even get me started about the shuttle service. We waited for almost 2 hours outside the airport and when we called all they said was they will be there soon. No one ever called us to tell us the shuttle came and went because it was full?...

"In this case. I checked in at 315pm and the power went out at 320 (as we entered our room). Power came back on at 4am next morning. Didn't get anything but bad experience"

"I was annoyed at check in when they said there was a parking fee ($13/night, but still- annoying and unexpected). The “happy hour” was not as great as others we had had at the same hotel chain. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was EXCELLENT!"
