Excellent location within walking distance of all amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room well sized and bed very comfortable. Restaurant food excellent.

Great place for a short dtay, close to the city and amenities. Friendly staff and free pit stop breakfast.

David on the front desk was really helpful and gave us lots of information, the two shuttle drivers were great too and Patrick on the bar was friendly and really helpful. Thank you

We were only there for one night, however the hotel and staff were very nice. There is a heated pool, however we didn't get the opportunity to use it.

All good

Professionalism

The Edgewater was a great seaside motel near to the pier. The staff we spoke to were friendly & welcoming. Our room was comfortable and clean. The only thing we struggled with was the soft mattress. Other than that we enjoyed our 3 night stay and visited Portland and Kennebunkport as both are approx 40 mins away from Old Orchard Beach.

Easy, clean, comfortable- great for a nights stay.

The location is ideal for my needs though sound from turnpike noticeable.Facilities could be updated but rooms and public areas okay. Breakfast menu limited, more variety please. Staff were very friendly and helpful, impressed!
