"I got there right at check in and my room wasn’t ready. The person in front of me checking in was offered a bag of 4 bottles of water but it wasn’t offered to me even do I waited almost 25 minutes for my room to be ready. Shower head was broken."

"I feel as if the moto today is pay more and get less but that’s across the board for everything. The room needed a few more towels. I don’t mind not having daily maid service ( and I could ask for it) but please give me more than two towels in the room. We were able to ask for more but then again I paid enough not to have to go get more towels. The breakfast nook was very minimal, which wasn’t a big deal for me but again pay more get less. The coffee was terrible. So weak it didn’t even taste...
