"I paid extra money specifically for the soaker tub room, and the soaker tub seal was broken on the plug so when I went to use it , it didn’t work. It was my fiancés birthday and I then we noticed the sink was also clogged and we had been out all night not even using it! Then we realized there was water backing up into the tub from the sink or toilet somehow. The maintenance guy came to unclog it and he was unsuccessful. There for we weren’t able to even brush our teeth or use the soaker tub which my fiancé was really looking forward to ( hence why I spent money on this room).
When my fiancé and friend went down to the from desk to explain what had happened, they were not only told there was nothing the hotel could do but the staff was arguing with them about the situation. The security got involved and did an amazing job calming the situation down and giving guests what they need. I will only compliment the security. I would have loved more compensation for what happened on our only 1 night stay. Was expecting based on the great reputation the Hilton is known for, for better costumer service and compensation for the expensive room that amenities weren’t even working in. Disappointed is the to say the least."
