"Location is good. Cleaning staff are great. On the other hand, the company managing this building is horrible. Had an issue with the TV in the room not working as soon as we checked in. Contacted whoever the manager was to resolve the issue & I didnt get a response till the day, which i found hilarious. "It was the perfect place to stay! I was close to everything. From the L trains, to the bus stops, and even the water taxi. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Chicago and I couldn’t have asked a better experience."

"I chose this hotel because it had a rooftop bar, but as it turns out it is Seasonal and was not open. Even though it was 80 degrees it still was not opened. The bar in the hotel closed at 9pm and we wanted something to be opened later. As it turns out, this area closed down early so nothing was opened late, not the fault of the hotel, but I thought I would mention that for anyone else who is looking for a late night cocktail. Otherwise the hotel was very nice and clean and a safe neighborhood....

"I was truly impressed with my recent stay. The staff at check in were warm and welcoming, my room was very clean and the hotel has excellent amenities. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you were looking for. Hotel staff walked around during breakfast area cleaning, refilling food items and greeting/assisting guests. I did use the gym and it was clean and with a nice view."

"Upon arrival I was super excited for my stay. I was trying out a new hotel for my birthday getaway. Once checked in I had to switch rooms because it was dirty, (bed was not made, mattress was stained, curtains were stained) damp and hot in the room. It felt as though the someone had just got out the shower. I called and requested a new room, thinking I would get a similar room to the one I requested. Once moved, it was moved to a smaller room with less of a view than I booked. I booked a room...

"Great location, great staff, clean and spacious rooms. Only down side was no microwave in the room. We had delicious Chicago food we couldn’t eat later in the day. Overall great stay!"

"The location could not be better for art and architecture lovers like me. The staff were so kind and available. As I'm a senior I had some trouble using the tech initially. I was exhausted and irritable but once I made contact everything became smooth. The bed was some new material that was not.my preference but it worked out. I think that it might be fine for others. The phone reception got spotty a few times but mostly ok. The room was immaculate and roomy."

"This property is in a great location. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The room we were in was very small and used. The building is really cool but we were super disappointed with it being under construction with no place to hang out and have a drink. We weren’t notified of the construction until right before our stay. We would have chosen somewhere else because of this. "

"Tiny, no-frills room. Great for a short stay in Chicago. Had a few minor issues with the room. The router light located in the bed room is fairly bright which may be an issue for those who struggle to sleep in a room that isn't completely dark. The AC unit in the room I was given was also not working (which for me didn't end up being an issue as it was fresh outside, so opening a window did the trick.
