"This is really nice accommodations. I would say that it’s not especially conducive to tourists as it’s more of a condo situation. No maid service during the stay, one complimentary set of towels and coffee, then you’re on your own. Asked for towels and coffee. Got 4 towels (no hand towels or washcloths) thrown on a chair and 4 k-cups of decaf coffee left on a counter far away from the coffee maker. "There was a hair ball on the side of the toilet and a couple spiders came in the window the staff was bland with no reactions."

"Great location for walking to museums and train station. Lots of good restaurants around too. One of the two hotel elevators was out of service during our stay which caused a lot of wait time and congestion. But staff were helpful taking people up on the freight elevator when they could. Breakfast room was often overcrowded and hours of service seemed short. Hotel rooms were roomy and clean. Kids loved the pool."

"Liked that we arrived early and able to check in. Didn't like the elevator breaking down. Made getting to and from time consuming. The rooms need updating. The bathroom had drain issues causing the water to sleep onto the floor from the tub. Housekeeping was accommodating."

"Parking was overpriced $68 a night , staff are not very nice, I judge a place by the window so the windows are dirty. I'm not going in and I seen that right off the back window are dirty for $300 @ room it is not worth it."
