"Stayed here in 2025 and enjoyed it. Booked to come back this year. My United flight was cancelled due to weather and the hotel would not defend my reservation even though it was out of my control. Bad business decision means I won’t book again"

"It's very nice and well-maintained, and the staff is very, very good. The only problem is that they charge you for everything. The Wi-Fi is supposed to be included in the hotel's rates, which you have to pay for separately. They also charge you for everything, and they don't charge you for a single transaction, but for a few transactions at a time. It's in a good location, but honestly, you pay a lot, and they still try to charge you for everything."

One bad part was the room cleanliness. Though the beds were made and towels were changed daily, the room and the bathroom remained dirty. "The hotel is centrally located and convenient to public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating to allow early checkin. Only unpleasant thing was the strong odor from the toilet. We did not spend a lot of time in the room and sprayed air freshener so we just tolerated it. The staff was very apologetic when we made them aware of it."

"Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but kinda low for my liking. The front desk staff and the bartender were very nice! Kudos to the lady at check-in who was extremely friendly and offered a room upgrade to make sure my short stay was everything it needed to be. I would definitely stay again. Area was within walking distance to everything we needed."
