There were Starbucks drinks and food containers left in the fridge, the toilet seat lid/cover was fully detached, and the hook for the towels fell off the wall because there was no screw to hold it in place. Great room shape and amenities - Could hear the train every 15 minutes also the view was the back of another building and felt like someone could easily see inside our room so we kept the drapes shut the whole time… which made the room even darker!
