"We loved our two night stay at the Chateau Laurier in July 2026. A favourite place for us to visit! I had requested a bathtub if possible (I know more and more hotels are getting rid of those!) but it wasn't a deal breaker. However the lovely woman checking us in, was not able to oblige with the bathtub, but she felt we needed something else.
Which we did NOT ask for! She offered us a certain amount for free food at any of the hotels eateries (which we gratefully took advantage of).
She just bent over backwards trying to make sure we were happy (we are NOT demanding at all and didn't ask for anything...except the bathtub, lol). Anyways it was a very nice way to start the stay there. We ALWAYS keep coming back!"
