"This was our 3rd time staying at Heritage Inn. The hotel is a bit dated but it’s always clean and the staff are very friendly. We love having a pool side room to enjoy the tropical setting. Breakfast is always good and Nancy works so hard making sure everything is clean and topped up."
"I was not sure what to expect since the price was far below other hotels in Denver. We were only passing through and staying one night. I reserved 3 king rooms for us and daughters and all were great. The floors in the rooms are new, the rooms were spacious. Our bed mattress was softer than I'd like. No issues other than I asked for more hand towels. I went down to check out the breakfast. It is made to order and very impressive. $10 for a croissant sandwich which I split with my husband and $3 for coffee. I would stay here again."
"Our stay was pleasant since the room was clean and included the basic amenities. The only minor complaint would be the lack of working central air conditioning in the room, which made it a little uncomfortable. Luckily, we were able to call the front desk and they had someone bring us an additional fan to help stay cool."
"First off the staff was wonderful. Helpful and courteous. We had an issue with thenTV remote and the manager gave us a couple replacements that didn’t work. But then she spent her own time seeking out one that did work. 🙂
The pool was nice for the kids especially. But kind of dirty.
Breakfast was good but packed! You need to get there early to avoid the crowds.
The facility seemed as if it needs some updates. The carpeting on the 2nd floor was dirty and bunched up in areas. I didn’t check the other areas.
The room was very small but it worked I appreciate the refrigerator, microwave and Keurig.
Overall, for the money it wasn’t bad. It would be better with a little bit of clean up and renovation. The location is great."
