"Coming from out of town I had no idea what to expect. It was probably one of the most outdated and least maintained hotels I have ever experienced. Trash all over the exterior, no hot water in our room, no daily cleaning service. The rooms have not been updated in about 20 years. The room next to us had the window open to the exterior and all I could see was mold and the ceiling completely torn apart. I highly recommend not staying here."

"Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. The room was not clean and there were used condoms hanging from a lamp in the room. The staff was notified and they were also mortified. They gave me another room with ripped carpeting, but at least it was clean. I would not stay at this chain ever again. I hate to write a negative review, but thought warming others was that important."

The area had restaurants, Starbucks, and a Walmart. There was an outdoor patio for grilling and a fire pit. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection -fruit, cereal, baked goods, yogurt and more."

"The promo on Expedia said was near the beach.....was at least 1 mile away. The "included" breakfast consisted of brown bananas, soft apples, white bread and OJ. The main door into out room wasn't sealed. Light came in the room at night, bugs crawled underneath the door, etc. EVERYTHING was dirty.....bathroom, sheets, curtains, floor, on and on...."

"It was fine. Honestly, this hotel was WAY overpriced. Pretty much on par with any Quality Inn or La Quinta type of hotel, but they charge 4-star hotel prices. The room was very basic. They gave us free snacks in the room, which was nice -- but certainly not worth paying close to $500 a night. We paid that price for a gorgeous boutique hotel in Manhattan, and this place wasn't even close to being that level of hotel. The "fitness center" was a tiny closet of a room with no windows, a couple of...

"The place looks kinda nice in pictures, but in reality i got a room with a broken "hot tub" that when i turned it on spit out bugs and there were dead bugs on the floor. I decided to leave and stay somewhere else. Maybe i was unlucky in the room but I would stay far away from this place."
