Dear Guest Thank you for finding some time to comment on us. We would like to inform all the people that read your comment that there might not be any kind of club animation but during, every, week there is a Greek folklore night with live music and dancing and also a beach party at our beach bar. We only postpone the previous happenings when it is windy. Unfortunately we cannot control all the variables especially the one of weather. Regarding the comments you are making for the food we need to disagree with you. The quality and diversity of our buffet is quite big. The drinks of the All Inclusive of course are local brands. If you wanted an known brand of course we have it but you need to pay for that extra as they are not icluded in our all inclusive formula.

Dear Valuable Guest, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay here but you are referring to some matters which are not accurate. We would like to inform you that the distance from the airport is 100 km and by private vehicle it is covered in 1 hour and 20 minutes. Also the cost for a Taxi varies from 110 to 120 euros per way(depending on traffic) and not 150 euros as you claim. It is obvious that you have used the Ktel Public bus since you were never interested in using a taxi and this is because the emails that you have sent to the Hotel were about getting information for Public transportation. We want to inform you that the ticket for the Ktel Public Bus from Heraklio to Ierapetra costs 12€ per person. Dear Sir another point we need to point out is that we do not claim to have a shuttle service as you imply. Also we need to inform you that the Wifi is free for Expedia guests and really we cannot understand why you are writing that you paid for that especially when in your invoice there is absolutely no charge. The animation provided in our property is just for children and the animateur speaks 3 languages. Last thing we wish to note that in our property we have guests from all over the world and that for the period of august the percentage of guests from the Russian federation was not even the half from the claimed 80%. Once again we are terrible sorry that our property did not meet your standards but we strongly believe that we provide good service to our guests without deceiving them.

Επομένως ο χώρος του ξενοδοχείου καλύπτει μια αρκετά μεγάλη έκταση όπως φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες. Όσον αφορά τους κήπους, γίνεται καθημερινή συντήρηση από συνεργάτιδα εταιρεία η οποία έχει αναλάβει την καλή εικόνα όλων των κήπων που περιβάλλουν το ξενοδοχείο, με γνώμονα πάντα το σεβασμό προς το περιβάλλον. Λυπούμαστε πολύ για το περιστατικό με το θερμόμετρο και θα θέλαμε να ζητήσουμε συγνώμη για την όποια ταλαιπωρία προκλήθηκε σε εσάς από το συγκεκριμένο περιστατικό.
