"The staff did a great job with this property. I do think housekeeping was too loud in the hallways but that is easily remedied. I was put off by the requirement of valet and key card access to the guest room floors. It prompted me to ask the front desk staff if the area was safe, she seemed offended by my question. But overall, great hotel and great staff."

"Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was courteous and welcoming. I thought the amenities were limited. While there is a fitness room there is no pool and the breakfast was a limited "grab and go". There are plenty of dining options within a couple of miles and it is also close to the University of North Florida and Ikea."

"Easy booking and decent price. The hotel was clean overall. Our room was good but could've used a slight update as the shower lever and spout was peeling and the plastic shower curtain had a couple stains on it. The hotel was in a convenient location. We were charged for parking for the three days we stayed. But still needed transportation to get into the center of the city having to paying an additional amount for the hop on hop off trolley. Parking was ample and they had coffee and water in the morning. Breakfast was an additional charge but there is a Dennys right behind it and plenty of other nearby choices. Overall a good experience and we would stay there again."

"Modern clean environment with helpful staff. Walking distance from downtown stores, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was $22 per night, per car. The pillows were very uncomfortable; created some muscular skeletal issues. Rooms were cleaned every other day."

"Amazing location, incredibly nice staff and cleanliness throughout entire bldg couldn’t have been better. We were there for a Jaguars preseason football game and this hotel is within walking distance to the stadium. It was a night game but we were not concerned about returning to the hotel at night because the route was so well lit and completely safe. Easy access to several highways and local businesses and restaurants. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay."
