"We booked a room for 4 days. Upon arrival our room had 2 washrags, two towels and two handtowels. The room was nice and it was clean. Needs some major repairs. The carpet border in room was hanging off staples in areas. But everyday I would have to go ask for washrags. I don't mind reusing my towels but washrags? Our room was never serviced until the day before we were leaving. The staff left a little envelope for a tip! Um no. The outside was what bothered me the most. Garbage everywhere. Bags...
"Great service! Very nice staff. Very upfront about the price and deposit on room. It has a pool that is well kept. You have to go to the front desk to get access but totally understandable to keep the pool clean and at capacity. "
"Staff was very accommodating and kind, the rooms were nice and carpeting was nice as well in the hallway. The room had lighting fixtures that worked and the phone in the room worked to contact the front desk. The bathroom was nice as well, no water flow issues, the beds were comfortable. "The room was clean and spacious. I was also impressed with the number of outlets in the room, we normally struggle to find enough outlets to charge our electronics. Breakfast was yummy and the dining area was well stocked. The only issue we had with this location was that the indoor pool was very cold. Either the pool is not heated or the heater was not working. Otherwise we had we had a great day!"
