"Fantastic location right in Whistler Village. Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient and fast check in. Easy parking available at extra cost.
The suite was ideal for 5 of us. Very clean and spacious. Super breakfast. Great to have access to a pool at this stage of our holiday. We loved Whistler and this hotel ( they had Jo Loves products in the bathroom!). We wish that we’d booked extra time here."

"Overall, our stay was fine. My expectations may have been too high based on other reviews. The rooms were a bit tight but the beds were good and the kitchenette was handy.
Staff was super friendly and offered a lot of suggestions & tips. Unfortunately they didn’t do much to compensate for the fact that the hot tub wasn’t working, which was a main attraction to this hotel and much needed after a day of hiking. Free laundry was a nice bonus but their irons need an upgrade - we tried 3 and gave up...

"Traction strips on main stairs are looking worn and could be replaced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated being given hot water, bowl, and spoon for my oatmeal each morning.
I found the pod got warm over night even with the fan on; manager did turn down temperature in whole suite, which helped. I removed the quilted innards from the duvet which also helped."

"Excellent location in Creekside - with very good family amenities (pool area w/ BBQ, kids room, movie room (for kids) ). Creekside is the quieter part of Whistler - and this property was a great family oriented stay. The 1BR was surprisingly spacious ~700 Sqft) - likely due to the slighter older age of the property. However, some age showing including appliances that may have some issues (toaster switch finicky, fire alarm sensor battery also had to be replaced during our stay, coffee maker...
