"Needs a nightlight in the room because its too dark & dont want to turn on all the lights just to go to bathroom"

"We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! ...

"Booked this hotel last second. Wish I could have stayed longer. The decor is amazing and the location is great for walking around sweet Greenpoint, and for an early flight to LGA. They put a hold on my cc for $250 for incidentals, which was on the high side but it was refunded right away the next day after checkout (which sometimes can be an issue for longer holds at other boutique hotels in NYC)! Highly recommend."

"Again. I had a pleasant stay at Westgate Grand Central. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and charming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient. The bar is great and offers breakfast, but I wish they had a full-service restaurant on site."

"No coffee in the room. No morning room service to bring coffee. The line was 4 people at the bar and not a worker or employee to be found. Would not stay again. To not be able to get a coffee is ridiculous."

"We came from Michigan during the beginning of summer. The hotel is right smack in the middle of Long Island City with a ton of food options, dominantly Asian which was awesome. Amazing area, went on plenty of walks or getting back from the city real late and we never felt in danger or cautious. Breakfast is good nothing crazy but gets you started for the day and that’s all that counts."
