"The location was the only good place about it. The sheets and pillows looked clean but there was hair on pillows and sheets and throughout the room. The shower faucet was very difficult to work, it looked broken I was told to just pull harder. The staff was friendly, but for the price I think I'll look elsewhere to stay.
Lots of families and kids around. Be aware of that if you want it looking for a calm place to stay. Smoking was allowed outside and around parking lots. Not fond of it."

"Breakfast was amazing, great service all around. The luggage cart was a plus to haul your luggage around。House keeping was great and overall excellent service. The only negative thing was the elevator was out of service at the moment and the stairs had to be used to come up and down if your room is on the second or third floor. Overall, I had a great time at Best Western."
