"It was a clean room - extremely outdated, odd scruffy parts of the carpet, but overall well kept/maintained. The staff was truly wonderful though, so kind, accommodating, and helpful!"

"Parking was a little tight. Check in was super easy and convenient. Everything was very clean except for the coffee machine which could use a good clean. The softest sheets I've ever slept on! Air conditioning was ok, although it kept kicking off and it got hot real quick. Doors and walls are super thin so we could hear everyone outside. Some blackout curtains would be nice to keep the light out as it pours out the sides of the roller curtain. "

"Pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Rooms are small but fine. Breakfast was better than we were expecting. Staff was very helpful when needed and kind."

"It was unfortunate that we were not told about the whole back and side yard being dug up due to sewer problems at the hotel. Honestly we probably would have booked elsewhere. The staff was nice and the room was okay. The roll out heater had a broken wheel so would not stand very well. The mattress was used to the point that it had two indentation on each side, so you would kinda roll into that spot. Location is great, street parking only. Coffee and breakfast was good. "Honestly, it was the staff. The greetings, smile and willingness to assist you were excellent! Breakfast was good and the flowers around the property were beautiful. Beds were comfortable as well."

"You never saw staffing, no one kept up on cleaning the rooms. The tv and internet were never connected always had problems with it. Also, the location is horrible right off the freeway, it was always very loud."

"Looking at booking the reservation thru Expedia - it was expressed there were only three rooms left. The reality was only two rooms were booked. All the rest were not. I’m not sure if the property owner or Expedia is responsible for being dishonest. I have to think more deeply when I book thru Expedia - unless I can get a better answer. The property and room were clean and well maintained."

"Perfect budget spot in CDA, within walking distance to everything downtown. Clean. Thoughtful amenities. Friendly staff."

"The room was much upgraded compared to the current listed pictures. There was obviously new carpet and white bedding. Very clean room. Only downside was having a room by the exit door and hearing it slam all night. Breakfast options were decent- I wouldn’t expect any better for the price we paid."

"Our room needed a new mattress. We were given a room for handicapped but we didn't request or want one. We were told at check-in that's all that was available. Noisy kids on the floor above that the management didn't address. Their jumping around went on for a couple of hours when we were trying to get to sleep. Breakfast was just ok. We won't stay there again."

I asked to confirm the room type and they said we were in a king room. I told them that is not what we booked through Expedia.
