Checked in and immediately returned keys and left out. I will take the $111 loss. If you value clean, sanitary, safe lodging, look elsewhere. Dirty room, lumpy bed, burn holes in blanket, thin, cheap bedding - just the tan fleece motel cover, furniture was scratched and dented- carpet filthy and smells. Ramen noodle cup in stairwell. I carried my luggage up flights of stairs no elevator. Men walking the breezeway of upper level eyeing me. I drove an hour back to Virginia. I will drive back for my event tomorrow morning. My usual places were booked full. My fault for not reading reviews or booking in advance. Front desk staff was warm, friendly and apologetic.

It’s a get what you pay for type of hotel. My microwave didn’t work in my room, and there were kids running around the hallways at 11pm. But the bed, living area, and bathroom were clean.

Needs Improvement

Our first room was dirty and the electricity not functioning. Our second room was also dirty and no shower curtain. Beds were comfortable. Our third room was much better with no complaint but for the remote not working. This hotel needs redoing inside and out. For an extended stay hotel there were no amenities (soap, shampoo) and was surprised since they had kitchens there were no dishes, silverware, pots and pans. And there were no waste baskets in the rooms. Management was very accomidating to our complaints and that made the situation bearable. Much improvement needed.

The cleanliness of the room I was given was horrible. Dont recommend a stay here. The lamps in between beds did not work, the amount of dust/debris caked on the air vent was absolutely disgusting and a disaster for someone with asthma/allergies. The chair was broken with what appeared to be food stains/particles stuck on it as if it wasn’t cleaned from multiple stays. The carpet had a huge spot of sticky substance that had been walked over and dirt compacted into it. Looking like a wad of gum spread and flattened to the floor that had never properly been Removed. Crumbs inside the ac/heating unit, the buttons never looked to be wiped down. The dresser drawers even had crumbs in all 6 of them. I mean I know after each stay the room is supposed to be cleansed and sanitized but this one appeared to not have been cleaned at all. The side of fridge had grease spills from previous stove use. The sinks were clogged and barely drained properly. I really wish I could get a refund just based on how unclean this room was. Traveling with small children made the uncleanliness that much worse. Will never stay here again. The staff was friendly at check in but unprofessional. They were on the phone with their mom having general conversation as if a guest was not standing there. It was confusing at some points during the check in as I couldn’t tell if they were talking to me or not. All around, horrible experience and stay. The amount of money charged was NOT worth the stay.

The room was so dirty I couldn't even take off my shoes. The TV didn't work with any remote the office supplied. I had NO shower curtain so I couldn't shower in the morning. Even if I had a shower curtain, I don't know if I would have stepped into the tub with the finish peeling off it looked terrible. The dresser was totally falling apart! the drawers couldn't be used. There was not even one hanger in the closet area. I had people pounding on my door in the middle of the night and some crazy people standing outside yelling at each other for hours. The pictures shown on line are completely misleading. My advice is stay away from this place.

Rooms were not cleaned well had to change to first floor. Lady that came in the evening as helpful but I can tell it wasn't much she could do about the overall condition of the hotel but she was helpful. I couldn't check in early as told or on time. Rooms were not ready I was told it was one housekeeper but it was a homecoming weekend so wasn't prepared.

I was not happy with this hotel. I did not get the room I booked. I wanted a king room, but I ended up with two doubles. I was on the third floor, and the steps smelled like pee, cigarettes, and weed. My room also smelled like cigarettes. There was no soap in my room, nothing to cook or eat with, and only two sets of towels. The floor was dirty. This is not what I expected out of the Extended Stay America brand. I have pictures to show also.

I could not stay. Upon us entering the room smell of smoke, bed unmade, cabinets falling apart, garbage on the floor, dirty towel on the floor.
