The hotel is clean and has a great breakfast! But parts of the rooms are in desperate need of renovations. The doors are all banged up and the bathrooms are rough. The water pressure is great though!

The staff were very friendly and professional. My only complaint is the shower curtain in our room had stains on it that looked a little concerning, although the curtain appeared clean, the curtain should have been removed because of the stains.

Was very pleased with the accommodations. This was my first time staying in a Homewood Suites. Rooms were clean, but was comfortable, and checking in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again. The only con I would have is I didn’t realize this location was close to the airport, so you do hear the planes taking off and landing, but not a huge inconvenience.

I will most definitely be staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay and wished this trip was longer. First off the breakfast was amazing. My kids really enjoyed the food. Secondly the pool was the highlight of my kids trip. They wanted to be in there the minute it opened at 10am. Staff was very kind and courteous. Lori was awesome and (I forgot his name) he’s Jamaican and he helped cleaning the pool was very kind. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay.

First time to stay at a Homewoods Suites hotel and it was great. We attempted to check in early and our room was not yet ready. But the front desk employee quickly informed us the room was ready before we left the property! All staff was great, breakfast was delicious with lots of choices! Definitely would stay here again!

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff was pleasant. Unfortunately both times we stayed there that week, we didn’t have body wash or conditioner stocked in our rooms. When we requested them, we were told they were out and waiting for restocking to arrive. One of the rooms we reserved, a King Wellness room that I paid extra for, was not available. Overall I might stay here again because the area is quiet and there other issues were fairly minor compared to hotels I’ve gotten elsewhere.

The entire booking process was smooth and I especially was impressed by the online pre and post stay contacts. Once there the staff members we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped and comfortable and the breakfast was more than one usually finds. Definitely would recommend it and will stay there the next time we are in Greensboro.
