"We stayed for one night at the Shermann Hotel for leisure purposes. Our friends who checked in in front of us were offered water bottles and area suggestions, we were not. Our shower was very small making it hard to move, our friends who booked last minute had a nicer room. Checking out our friends were greeted and thanked, we were not. The only difference was we’re reserved through Expedia several weeks in advance and our friends booked directly with the hotel close to the check-in date."

"We do repeat stays at the Shelbyville Comfort Inn, because, it is always clean and reasonably quiet and the staff is courteous and helpful. I do wish their breakfasts would contain more diabetic friendly choices . So much of the food is carb loaded and although they have eggs and meat, the eggs are not fresh cooked but of the frozen variety. I eat cottage cheese at home for breakfast as it is protein, dairy and low carb. I suggest they try a few of the small serving size."
