"One of the worst motels I’ve stayed in a long time. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. They require a $50 CASH deposit which is absolutely ridiculous. They could have communicated this to us before we arrived via message on this app but instead had to go to an ATM and get cash out and eat the ATM fee. On top of that we booked a king room. She gave us our keycards and we went to the room to discover a double queen. We returned to the desk to ask...

"Expedia reservation doesn't have any Value as I reserved 2 rooms 2 months ago and upon Check IN Hotel Front Desk denied to give us Rooms and expedia customer service was answered by AI and was impossible to get hold of customer service ... Terrible Experience never booking with expedia again"

"Room clean but small, breakfast with very limited items, checkin person was not available for 15 mins when I arrived, location is very convenient, fitness center not available for use, card did not work to go inside fitness center."

"The property is semi clean. Most of the guests are residents or extended stay. The room I was given was updated, although the bathroom still needs remodeling. Overall I stayed here for 10 days to wait for a new tractor in IL. I did not like that the owner did not let me extend through expedia and forced me to pay directly with them and charged more. Even with the renovated rooms the motel still needs tremendous work and the area is bad and not very convenient. The ubers are very expensive due...

"Its clean enough to stay"

"Staff was very nice. The room was nice but needed some renovation. There was a big black bug on the bathroom floor, stained or moldy grout in the shower and the WIFI was horrible. The outdoor sitting area was nice though and the WIFI was better out there."

"The staff's attitude was terrible. The booking stated that breakfast was included, but the staff told me it wasn't. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if breakfast wasn't included. I feel like I've been scammed."
