Always a great place to stay- had a little trouble trying to get our door to lock, but the staff was very helpful. We will be back next year if the price remains about the same! It’s a convenient place to stay when visiting the Dunes.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. I cried. The carpet was wet, no room keys and had to leave door open when we left and take our things out of the room whenever we left. It was scary and SOOOOO dirty. The bathroom was disgusting.

Older building and older furniture, but the beds were clean and comfortable and the staff was great. There was also a light breakfast (cereal, juice, some prepackaged buns), which was a pleasant surprise because it wasn't advertised. So we were very happy with how this turned out, especially for the price.

I could not locate the hotel. There were no signs and no motels at that address. I called Expedia & OYO but got no help only a repetition of the address. OYO would not give out the phone number of the hotel so that I could contact it directly. I finally gave up & drove over three hours to head home. I should not be charged for this stay since no one helped me locate the hotel.

In our room, the carpet was wet (like it was recently shampooed), but it still smelled of urine…didn’t feel comfortable without shoes on. Location was handy for a one night stay on our cross country trip. Probably will not stay again, however.

Pretty basic low budget hotel, but far enough off the beaten path that it was quite and felt safe. Room was okay, but carpet was very old and dirty. TV in my room didn't work, but not much lost. Continental breakfast was basic, but decent enough for the price.
