"Upon obtaining our room key cards, we encountered an issue with their functionality. It took approximately 30 minutes to obtain a replacement set, which unfortunately also failed. Subsequently, it took an additional hour for the sole individual available to assist us. The problem extended beyond our room, affecting three other individuals, including an elderly woman. The woman informed us that she was the sole staff member on-site and eventually provided us with a new room."

"Traveling for leisure, requested a handicapped room as I walk with a cane. At no time did the person checking me in ask me to confirm what room type I had requested, I got a standard 2 dbl bed room with a tub. I requested a walk in shower. I thought it was odd that the front desk manager rather than walk around the desk to address a computer issue was sitting on the desk to fix the matter, but it was apparently easier.
