False advertising in breakfast included. We were charged for breakfast that we received vouchers for. There was a resort fee charged daily with no access to any resort items. We were charged for a restaurant bill the we did not charge. I would never stay there again.

Outside property beautiful, plenty of outside seating, staff very friendly. Downside. For the price we paid our room had a chipped floor where someone must have dropped something, plus no Cable TV! No sitting chair in room for reading. Room (4) had two full size beds but one almost to the floor missing a box spring. Paid a lot of money for this room. Very disappointed

We loved the location right on Lake Wallenpaupack, we loved the charming nostalgia of our building. We especially loved the pool and hot tub area and being able to take out kayaks for no extra fee. Perfect couple's getaway!

Not even close to worth the price of staying here. Room was like a low budget motel, hanging wires, spiders everywhere!! Sewage/dead animal smell outside along walk to room. Property is a lot smaller than it appears in photos and not enough parking. We had to wait for a family to leave in order to get a spot. Pool bar is run by teenagers and they ran out of ingredients to their specialty drink menu. I called and left a message for a manager, no response. Don't pay to stay here!!

My partner and I had a good time here. The resort is nice - nothing extravagant but works well for the area. We had a lake front king suite. It's a bit dated but it was clean. The breakfast options were good, however the younger gentleman who set up breakfast was often very slow. He would spend time talking to people or taking room numbers before having all the food prepared and ready. The resort offers kayaks, which we used. It is lakefront and the views are very pretty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location but old property

All great and the location is awesome with a marina for boats, firepits etc However the room had a persistent musty, moldy odor — that damp, earthy smell typical of mildew. Unfortunately, all of our clothes ended up absorbing the smell as well, which was quite unpleasant.

Too Expensive for Too Little

One of the recessed ceiling bulbs was burnt out. The two chairs were old and rickety with no seat padding. A new back cover was made and glued to the chair but it was coming off. There was a jacuzzi in the bedroom and a separate bathroom but they only gave you one bar of soap to carry from room to room. A chartreuse board was ordered. They didn’t provide a knife, napkins, or any mustard or condiments. I had a handicap person with me and they only had one handicapped parking spot which was taken. We had to park across the street at the neighboring restaurant. They didn’t have enough parking for all the guests. It was havoc.
